Brick2560
Hey. I am in the process of working on my 1st system, I was originally gonna run 2 10" RF P3 Shallow Mounts off of a kicker ZX750.1. Well that didnt work out. Each sub is running 300 rms a piece, what amp would be a good match for those? I'm thinking a RF 1000.1, but that'd be to much powa wouldnt it? What do you guys think? I'm trying to stay with either Kicker or RF or possibly Sundown. Thank you good sirs. "Buy some shit, Build some shit, Bang some shit!" - Dr. DB Joe owns my soul. ChevyBoy
you guys dont even know what ohm's his subs are. i would believe that he needs an amp to push 800 rms at 2 ohm since he wanted the kicker, not 600 at 1 ohm.
Brick2560
edit: didnt see Chevyboys post. sorry, for reference those subs are dual 4 Ohm. And I would need 600RMS power, seeing as the subs are 300 a piece. "Buy some shit, Build some shit, Bang some shit!" - Dr. DB Joe owns my soul. wL<3bass
http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/Pr...ProductID=18338 didn't know which coils so this amp will not work you need an amp that puts out 600wrms @ 1ohm or a 4ohm. or get a less efficient 2channel amp 2 x 300wrms @ 2ohm Vehicle: 1997 S10 Blazer 4dr 4X4 Exterior: Rear End Bagged, Black Grill, Lifted 2" Amplifiers: Rockford Fosgate T8004 & T10001bd Batteries: 2 Stinger SPV35, Kinetik HC2400 Electrical: Big 3, DC Power 290amp Alternator w/ MLA at 15.5v Enclosure: 4.2 ft³ @ 33Hz 84sq.in. of port (20sq.in. per cube) Headunit: Eclipse CD3200 w/ 80G iPod Mids/Highs: Rockford T152s (a-pillars), Rockford T162s (doors) Subwoofers: 1 15" Fi BL Fully Loaded Wire: All 1/0g Kicker Hyperflex My YouTube Videos My Fiberglass A-Pillar Build My "Seamless" Looking Box Build My DD1508 T-Line Bandpass Build "Seamless" w/ Acrylic Windows (for '05 TrailBlazer) My Stealth 8" Fiberglass Build (for '05 TrailBlazer) My Build For A Friend's '08 Cobalt 15" BL Sealed Off From The Trunk My feedback/references...
