nope. IMO dd subs sound good. not quite the general meaning of SQ (100% flat) but sound great in a correctly built ported box

ive had 9500, 3500, 1508 and 9100 series and didnt like any of them for quality purposes as well, but they sure got loud

w6 is a nice sounding sub also a diamond audio hex pro or d9 .... zapco makes some clean nice subs arc audios flat line i think is called is a nice sounding sub...... theres a bunch out there but o nice again sound quality has a lot to do with placement tuning box ect... hows that saying go....? ohh "It's all on the install" ... lol

Most of us know SQ...but for the exception of a few SQ subs typical SQL subs are very good and much cheaper.
