EricR Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 use this you can put in your max dimensions and tune it to whatever you want 2 18's should be at least 10-14 cubes http://www.reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

Derrick824 Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 The box I had in my '06 Yukon was 49"wide x 19"tall x roughly 36"deep. I'm not 100% on the depth though. It was 13.5ft net with 192" of port area tuned to 32hz.
Decaf Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 really depends on power too. if ur throwing 4000+ u should stick near 11-13.5 net@32hz per Fi saying thats was the best tune freq for output will sounding good max dimensions?
