On the 6th, the mods or whoever is counting up the votes, would have counted up who the top 3 picks are for each month. Then start a poll on the 7th and go from there to see who wins each month. Winners announced on the last day of each month. I think each months winner should get a sticky in the show off section until the next months nominations are started.
