banginAltima
Just wanted to throw this on here tonight. This would be a good thread for noob's to see how I build my boxes and how I make sure they fit in the trunk. I got my cut sheet and marked out the lines. I don't know what happened to the box picture. Oh well... I left atleast a inch gap between pieces. You'll see why tomorrow. I am planning on 6 cubic feet after displacement (if it fits). Anyway, its almost 11pm here. I will edit and add more tomorrow. If you build it, db's will come... NSPL World Record Holder Trunk 0-1800 watts---147.9 with 1722 clamped watts @ 40Hz(9-20-09). kingsuv
Not how I would cut up the sheet but it looks like a pretty good size box. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
banginAltima
Not how I would cut up the sheet but it looks like a pretty good size box. Cut sheet was design to make only two cuts for most pieces rather then having to make three cuts per piece on all the parts. It helps people who are not the best at using a circular saw. Now if I had a table saw, my cuts would be laid out different. Either way there isn't much of a usable piece left over. If you build it, db's will come...
