whitmer_d
I'm upgrading my system to hopefully 4 18s and i wanted to know which ones people on this forum suggest. i also would like to know which amps u would suggest and possible ideas for a box. They would be in the rear area of my Chevy Trailblazer. I have a budget of about 25k for the system alone. Thanks in advance for ne advice
BigPimpin91
Nice choice of equipment for your current system. A lot of people will recommend Fi, DC, DD, and TC Sounds if your big balling and can find some for sale. I personally like DC. 4 LV4 18's hasn't been done yet to my knowledge. If you are on a budget, Check out Mach 5. Their cheapest 18" is $116 Shipped. New ones are $155 Shipped. They also have somewhat upper level subs. jonathancullen89
for a 25k system i wouldnt run those mach5. they are affordable subs, but unless you put like 10 of em in there *that would be fckin awsome btw hint hint* i would get something better. if i had that kind of cash to drop on a system id get lvl 5's and a shit ton of power. multiple alternators/power runs/ batteries. tc sounds are loud as hell and very clean sounding, i loved the way the tc-1000 sounded and they where extremely loud for the price. (back when they where like $120, shoulda stocked up on them) build thread and pics are a must!!!! or we will all come and find you! jonathancullen89
lol, 25k is a little sketchy. but still if he wants us to help him why not just help him. we are here and that is what steve made this sight for. that being said four 22" jackhammers and eight t4k amps xD (idk what the power rating on the jackhammers is lol, im sure they will sound good with two t4k per sub xD) hopefully you can line match and amp, or does rockfords master/slave thing do that. idk Quote 1992 cavalier build 1992 blazer s10 kenwood cd hifonics hfi2500d 6 soon to be 12 12" hifonics hfi12d4's shit ton-o-wire Blurred Vision Audio Team SMD feedback/refs. clicky!-

If this is going in a trailblazer your most likly gonna have to wall it. you might be able to fit a box something similar to steves if you loose the back seat but im not sure theres just not that much room.
