Im thinking not.

I with the earlier poster who said bandpass. fire that through your arm rest, and you will be happy. No trunk rattles, and great performance. Not to mention you wont see the subs which will help with would be thieves, and you could build the box either in the trunk, or build it in to pieces then attach them in your trunk. IMO that would be my game plan.

My System:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors)

8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash)

1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs)

2-18" BTL's (for now)

Crescendo 3kwp (for sale)

Complete rebuild coming soon...

Thanks bro! Can you sketch me one if that's possible! I never made a box before, but i can try to make one myself... So are you saying to make a box for my L7's or for the FI subs... I think I'm gonna go ahead and sell my L7's and go with the 12' FI BTL if possible, if not then the 12's SSD.

I would personally go with a pair of 12" SSD's in a 4th order ported through the back seat. I can't do sketchup. im an oldschool pencil and paper type of guy

4th orders aren't that hard to do. Just the subs in a sealed chamber firing into a ported chamber.

this is one I designed for a buddy with a 04' Bimmer, but again it was just a shot in the dark, I had no idea his measurments

but its firing thru the armrest, bandpass, tuned close to 55hz

But it would look basically like that if you did bandpass

Now if you want to keep trunk space, and get loud sounds, do a foor box, take out the spare tire, raise the entire floor about 4-6" baffle on top that contoures to the edges in the trunk, and you got a sweet box, with tons of airpsace

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

Wow, thanks bro! Those are some good a$$ ideas right there!!

The first design, I would have to build it in the trunk right, cause i doubt it will not go in the trunk if its fully built.. I'm leaning more to the 2'nd design.. I don't mind taking my spare tire at all....
