Again, why does everyone on this site suggect to someone whos obviously new to overpower thier sub? makes no sense at all, they know nothing about the precautions needed to run the sub over the RMS, And dont gimme the crap that the BTL will laugh at 3k RMS you can blow it clipping that lil hifonics he currently has on it. I was going off my own personal experiance with my BTL 12... My favorite amp used on my BTL was with my Atomic 3000.1... But you are correct the user does need to take precations or he does risk blowing or damaging his sub. Quote Team S.S.C.
