Guest Powered By Hate
true true, but not near as bad as ambient heat using the trunk as an oven. definitely not a bad idea for fans tho You know whats funny.. I JUST got done foaming my hatch literally.. i mean I just walked in and saw this topic. I have over 40 cans of foam in my car from the b pillar back. Even in the FL sun it acts much like a CAVE. If you are worried about heating cooling go hard and have exhaust and intake fans under your car/truck. I'm gonna run at least 10 fans in the back of my civic.. fans are always a good idea. Spray foam isnt as dense as dynomat....at first. dont tape it in.. lol. Do it in two layers in the thick spots cause it'll dry ontop and air can no longer penetrate it. The inside will literally take months to turn from goop into foam if its real thick. How would I know? I did it.. I can still pull foam-sickles from some holes in my car to this day. Metal to metal it wont bend.. it'll punch a hole right in plastic though.

Guest Powered By Hate
So it's cooler inside your car? Fuck yeah. The concrete keeps it cool, black spray painted windows, LOTS of spray foam. I dont even have AC in the car and I swear its at least 10 degrees cooler in my car then it is outside anyday.
