I live north west of lafayette about 45 minutes I started at Rt30/I65 interchange and was heading south hit the governor about Rt.2. I bought him an Arden chip which should add 75hp and 50 lb ft of torque also eliminating the governor. I will see what it does next time I drive it! Im in Lafayette now! I also had a 94 xr7 cougar with an 03 dohc cobra engine, kenne bell 2.0 supercharger, stage 3 ford racing cams, full head work and valve train twin gt40 fuel pumps, intercooled, narrowed 8.8 with 9" end caps 3.73 gears, converted to 6 speed. I build it for auto cross! Cougar got up to 160+ never knew actual speed, speedo stopped at 160! I believe it, my speedo reads 120 and was pegged, speed limit is 70 and we were blowing past cars. It was 1 am and we were on our way home from michigan city, white castle ftmfw! Off withr a warning, verbal one. Thank god we had almost 70$ of food in the car and the cop was cool, lol.
