Chris
I got sick of messin with the small stuff, so... My setup was just finished a few days ago. It consists of: -1 dual-volt 15.2/15.8 MLA module -2 runs of positive & negative 1/0 & 4 300 amp fuses -40ft 8gauge speaker wire -Big 3 -Starter battery & 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles in the trunk -4 FI audio Q series dual 2ohm 15"s -4 RF T1000.1bd's master/slaved -Boxes are prefabbed until I get new rear struts (2.5cubes per sub tuned to 35hz) -in-dashJensen DVD/cd player -ALSO, THE TRUNK IS TOTALLY SEALED OFF FROM THE CABIN. Great stuff FTW -With the voltage I have, I'd guess I'm running around 7,000 rms since 3 of the amps are rated at over 1500 @ 14.4v Well enough talk, on to the pics!!! Just the HU Trunk is 100% sealed off from the cabin. 4 runs of 1/0 isn't easy to fit thru a firewall, but with a lil grinding it's possible. Custom MLA module w/high & low voltage switch. 40ft worth of 8gauge power wire for the subs How yall like that? 2 in... 3 in... 4 in... All amps good to go! Who needs buss-bars? Look what just came!!! Two prefabbed boxes stacked & screwed together from the inside (fuck thieves) Nice looking wall behind your head, all bolted to the frame Another pic of the wall 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR. littleitaly1990
Great equipment and clean install. How do they sound? Sure it will get better without the prefabs. A vitrolic, megalomaniacal sadistic psychopath.

Chris
Great equipment and clean install. How do they sound? Sure it will get better without the prefabs. It's mind-numbingly loud. Seriously hurts to be in the car. Subs aren't even broken in yet & it easily makes windows shake along with the ground around the car. I gave a demo at my job from halfway across the parking lot maybe 200ft away & this one dude said it sounded like he was INSIDE his car with his 2 12" P3's & he was by the building.I wanna build the wall myself, but the sag on the ass-end would be rediculous without new struts first. 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR. Chris
Well as an update... starting the night I wanted to get videos up, I now hear like a crackly sound if I turn the subs up to the point where they just start to get loud. Found out that I blew the baffle off one of my boxes, so this thread is put on hold til I can build my own wall. 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR.
