looking to buy a DC lv5 15" rusty told me 1500 - 2500 RMS. im looking for an amp that will power this efficiently without underpowering it. i know most brands over rate their amps. so im looking to see what you guys have to say

have a guy selling a crunch 1500D for 150$$ i can get brand new for 164$$ on ebay w/1 yr i have read hifonics and crunch makers the amps are not clean power so im worried about clipping on the dc and dont want to damage it. i am looking to spend 250 300 on an amp for now.

here is a post of what i was looking at i can get it for $200 should i even bother or not?

Always better to go with more power and keep your gains low!!!..that's the best way to not push your amps too hard is to get one that will power it perfectly on low settings..get the 2608D hifonics...I'm using it right now so yeah it's doing quite well..best amp for the money if you ask me
