this is by far one of the best trunk boxes ive seen / heard. its in civicman's car. it burps 148.2 you could do a few mods and maybe fit 15's but 4 12's is out of the question.

2 ideas I whipped up just now... both forwards like what B slaps posted.

Blue is box outline, black is subs (4 10's by the way :P) and red is ports.

Round ports are 4" aeros.

I don't know how much room you have so meh, give it a look.

16 x 35 is the opening i got to work with usable. The outside of that will have to be built off from rest off the trunk.

I'm not at my computer, but I will repost it when I get a chance, it worked earlier but something with photobucket screwed it up. But, if youlook at PTCary and Meade's setups, then you could build a setup that's similar, but using two 10s per side. it is basically three chambers, two of them are slot ported on the front, the subs are firing into the middle chamber which is about 14 in tall and 11.5 in wide which is open towards the front. the box size that I designed is about 16hx35wx22 depth.

that's like 2.4 cub ft per pair of subs before displacements. How much airspace should they be getting in a SPL setup??
