live361 Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 im putting 2 18s in a 05 silverado and need some help with the math of the box the way i have counted it is 19cubes before displacment and and bracing i have tryed my self to find the port and got 30 by 5 and 15 inch deep to get 35 hertz any help will be great. there will be a full build log when finished.

With that much "AMP" behind the subs, I would consider going with 5-6CuFT per sub, maybe even less. Too much box there my friend. Remember If you going to feed RMS or LESS power to the subs you can go for a little larger box, but with 3000+ watts per driver, go with a smaller box.
