Quick Question

i have a 2004 for expedition 5.4L and i was wondering if anyone could point in the direction where i can get a dual alternator bracket for it im looking to only be pushing 4000watts rms and a guesstimated 350-400amp pull for just my amps so if there isnt a bracket out there then would 1 300amp alt with 3 powermaster d3100's do the trick? any input would be much appreciated

i would most likely have 2 runs of the new stinger 3/0 power wire, my amps consist of a us amps vlx-400,us amps usa-200,us amps us 4300x, and i have a us amps optimizer all from the 90's if that makes a difference

ok mechman said i can get a single 300amp alt so i was looking at the whole missing link thing its pretty cool so do you guys think with the missing link and 1 300amp alt and 4 powermaster d3100's and 2 runs of 3/0 power will be enough to fuel my systems fire? and is 2 runs of 3/0 to much or would 1 run do the job cause that shit is like 280 for 30 foot then you got the oval to circle reducers that are like 10 dollars a pop

onemore batt and you should be good,but a extra alt would not hurt.have you checked out the missing link audio units on this forum?

i have a 2004 Ford Expedition 4.6L and i've been looking for a dual alt bracket/setup for the longest. i ended up going with a Mechman 225 amp alt until i find a dual setup. looking under the hood of the Expedition it looks as if something can be fabricated to make a dual setup but i've found no one myself to do so. anyways i'm sure a 250 amp alt, the MLA module and some good batteries will hold up for 4000rms+
