Recommended Posts

i have a 10 inch ssd coming in tomorrow. wat would be a better box to put it in? it request a .9-1.5 cuft box. and was wondering want would be the best for it? i found a prefab box with 1 cuft and after sub placement it would be .88 cuft. or should i go bigger? if so how big?

I've found that with most 10's that are not of entry level quality they usually work well in 1.25 cubes. You didn't mention what kind of power you'll be using and the more you plan on having the smaller you can make the box. If you're underpowering it then I say go with a bigger box to compensate for some of the power loss.

so .88 cuft would be to small since it recommends .9 to 1.5?

Did you read what he said....and prefab = garbage.
