fourlug
Well I bought a truck and I really miss having a system. I blew one of my old aq's so I'll be in the market for new woofers. I'm looking for either 4 15's or 18's. Each one will be receiving around 1000 wrms. Powered by (2) kicker zx2500.1's @ 2 ohms. Suggestions? I haven't really looked at the market in the last year, which is why I'm making a thread for it. I'm pretty much open to any woofers that will fit my application. I don't have a budget as long as the price isn't too crazy. I'm not really looking for SQ. So, 15's or 18's?? I have an enclosure already that I could use for 15's, but it's not really a problem to build a new one. The truck is a 00 dodge ram 2500 extended cab. IIRC extended cabs usually have a really low resonant freq? I'll be tuning the box to 32-34hz. Thanks guys!

Eskii
"This new option adds a machined aluminum compression plug to the pole which helps channel all of the air under the dustcap around the coil for better cooling. To aid with this increased airflow we also add 6 axial cooling channels in the top plate. Along with increased thermal capacity comes the addition of an extra spider and a changed spider pack for a little extra mechanical ability. All of these new features increase power handling from 200-500 Watts depending on the application."" RamenNoodles
Well Nick, from Fi runs 6 15" Havocs off of 3 2500.1s for his demo truck. They are his favorite woofer out of any Fi/Ascendant Audio woofer. They are like a Q and a BL that had a baby. You get the quality of the Q but the ability go louder like the BL. Plus they look straight up sexy as can be http://ascendantaudio.com/havoc.php Quote Diablo Audio Technologies Fi Car Audio Ascendant Audio
