My plan is to make a thick fiberglass bubble around the back. I want all the pressure shooting forward and I don't want to lose air in the back. Need an install? Those most likely create that effect, but this car is damn near air tight (in that aspect). I've sealed every hole, vent, and plug in here. All that's left is the rear hatch. Need an install? The set up your talking about would sound great in my Tahoe. Trade you my dog for it. He has one eye but that only makes for bad depth perception so hey so what if he is running into shit, look at it this way he is easy to sneak up ninja style on. (right side only)</div>
Neo_frog Posted November 2, 2008 Author Report Posted November 2, 2008 Well I felt bad, so I took some pics of some other things for fun. Plus I took pictures of the latest. Here is the way the box looks carpeted. It's not completely done, but it's what I've done today. I also rebolted one of the rods and relocated some of the 2x4 bracing on the bottom. This is my Panasonic. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Here is where I mounted my bass knob and my gauge switch. It's all right on the dash so there's no wire clutter. Here are the A pillar gauges. They are Voltage, Amp Temp, and Current. That's about all I got though for now... I'll try to carpet more tomorrow and redo my grounds, but I'm having a hard time finding a really SOLID spot to bolt down... I might even weld a ground bar to the bottom of my B-pillar, but that's still up in the air. Need an install? Hit me up.[email protected]Got car audio questions? Neo_frog Posted November 3, 2008 Author Report Posted November 3, 2008 Alright, here's the update on what's been done today. It looks good for now, I'll redo it some other day to make it prettier. The amps should be coming back this week, and I'm off Thursday through Sunday so the build will hopefully be completed this week! If the amps don't come back, however, I will build the amp rack and finish all of the beautification, so all that's left would be putting the amps in. It should be done soon guys! Need an install?
