kentb Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 hi guys, i installed a pioneer 5900ib in my sister's 2001 mitsubishi galant attached the ground wire to the mounting sleeve that is connected to a metal part in the dash. it doesn't turn on. so i took the ground off, and wiggled some wires then it worked! i was putting it back and it turned off again. so i tried wiggling more wires and it seems to turn off and on. that is with or without the ground connected to the mounting sleeve. i tried isolating the wires one by one b ut i can't find it. idk, what do you guys think?
