With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. Notice how theres 3 tall bars there? Two of them are below 152 and one is at a 158. Those numbers averaged together produce the score. Here's another pic to show you what I mean. This is a score from my truck at 44 hz. Notice the bars again?
