99vic Posted November 4, 2008 Author Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 Vic take a roast slice it 1/4 inch thick marinate it in Terayaki or soy sauce or whatever flavor you like for 24 hours no less it needs to soak into the muscle then dehydrate it. Not sure if you have retailer around you but try this kit it is very very good stuff shore lunch They include a cure with there kits I think I only paid 5 dollars for it at TSC if you cant find one near you or online PM me and Ill mail you one thanks ill check and let you know.
