Fi Q 18s Or Re Sx 18s

I'm wanting to build my system now I just need my subs

I have a ppi pcx-2400 amp so which subs and what ohm should I get?

what I have so far is a

pioneer avic-d3

(2) 4x6s

(4) 6 1/2s

(4) 6x9s

(1) ppi pcx-480

(1) ppi pcx-2400

(1) alampro cap-5

(2) optimal yellow top batts

i had some sx's a wile back 2 15s on a orion 2500d

i would highly recommend them

never had any thing from fi

i have a FI Q12 in a t-line enclosure and i'm pretty impressed with it, but for the price for an FI Q that kinda got me down, not sure what the price runs for the 18 inch or sx's subs but hey your decision. If you can afford it go with FI Q the sound quality is pretty nice.

My Q is a monster. I personaly think they get overlooked or overshadowed by other drivers, but are not slouches by any means

I am positive the SX will be louder overall.

And will play a wider range of frequencies.

Q will go lower

The XS is about the same motor strengh as FI's SSD so trying to compare price to the Q series is unfair. Compare the sx's to the ssd's for a more accurate "fair" comparision.

Q's are very underated I agree. Plus the sub is only as good as its box!!!
