milesmiles Posted November 10, 2008 Author Report Posted November 10, 2008 Yeah, I was thinking, could there be a way to some computer speakers through the cigarette outlet or something? Quote
DUBIE Posted November 10, 2008 Report Posted November 10, 2008 Yeah, I was thinking, could there be a way to some computer speakers through the cigarette outlet or something? yea but i rather go with car audio stuff...you gonna like it more...i promise you that...just go with a 600 watt amp with a couple of 2(12's)..or just one 10...you dont need 10K watts for bass...lol..just a lil system wouldnt hurt that much... Beanz Posted November 10, 2008 Report Posted November 10, 2008 acutally it'll depend on his electircal if he has good electrical then that 1000 watt wont drain it as much hell be able to sustain it. Quote That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.
DUBIE Posted November 10, 2008 Report Posted November 10, 2008 true^^^...but its better than computer speakers Quote

reinke Posted November 10, 2008 Report Posted November 10, 2008 i cant remember where i got mine from. but you can install "shakers" i put some under the seats in my movie room (basement). the do not produce spl but it shakes wen the bass hits. you hook it up to a mp like regular speakers. and the gain on the amp lets you add more vibrations or take some away. i will post the link when i find it. Memphisman Posted November 11, 2008 Report Posted November 11, 2008 you can easily push 1000 watts worth in your car... i pushed 1900 peak and about 1000 rms in a 1985 silverado.. so you should be just fine, right now i am pushing close to 2600 watts in a 1992 explorer, with no problems, running about 1500 rms Quote
BASS14 Posted November 11, 2008 Report Posted November 11, 2008 i was running 1600rms w my stock electrical for a bit! and it wasnt terrible! but i would think you would be good w 1000 w the stock...but i wouldnt go much more....
