Personally I would have went with Rockford. Memphis was very pleased with the results though. They have LED's in all those trim rings around the speakers and around the amps also. I don't have any pics of them though. They have not metered it yet, but it is loud! probably mid to high 140's. It wasn't built for sound though. I never have been a real big fan of memphis. Like I said, it's hard to go wrong with free gear. memphis donated 6 - 10's, 2 - 8's, 3 caps, 2 EQ's & all the wires. The school taught me alot. The 1st week is kinda boring but after that it is mostly hands on work. week 1 is MECP. They guarentee you to get certified. If you do decide to go give my name as a reference and they will send me $50 for telling you about the school! I learned alot from those guys.
