David Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 build the outside shell as big as you possibly can, build as strong as you can. once you have a big strong shell, calc-out all the space, do it repeatedly until your positive of what you got. then decide on what your doing, IMO this is the best way, cause the shell IMO is the hard part becuase most cars/trucks your gonna have odd angles and all that jazz. take your time, plan it it out right, and you'll only have to build it once.
LoudBlazer Posted November 13, 2008 Author Report Posted November 13, 2008 Ive doen a wall once before and ppl want it back. Im liking the idea on usin a 2x4 on the the sides of the box at an anlge on which the mdf lays on it. isaw the guy from aussie do it with his DD build and it looked liek it worked ver ywell. Im just not sure how many subs i want to run lol. Im think 12-12s? 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350

LoudBlazer Posted November 17, 2008 Author Report Posted November 17, 2008 Does look good but calculate 3 12" subs =36" 1.5" of wood i mean i wont have any gap between subs but if its braced right it owuld work. Ill come out and say i was acually thinking 12 but 6 like that would be loud! 1997 2 Door Blazer Bagged & Body Dropped SBC/TH350
