Slinky Posted January 29, 2007 Author Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 ok, well it looks like its a bad output on my head unit on my high rcas. there is no engine noise in the subwoofer rcas. i have a $80 set of streetwires rcas and i took them and put em on the high output on the head unit and there was still engine noise. i bought a noise suppressor, that didnt work. i tried connecting my speaker by usin the high level method(the speaker outputs on the head unit) and what do ya know! crystal clear sound! so im just gonna keep my amp hooked up usin the high level method.
