Sorry about the amp problems though. and wait over a month to get your amp looked at? lol That man is busy! if you got the time yea go do it, but the op was in a hurry. I think you need to chill out. It's suxs they did not get it out when they said but not the end o the world. X2 I delt with ARC in a few cases. They have always been fast on calling me back with quotes, fixing the unit, shipping out the next day after payment with free shipping. Not to mention a 90 day warranty. There prices are very competitive, of coarse a larger amp will cost more to fix. They are hit or miss when you call them for someone to answer, but if you leave a message, they will get back to you! The place is short staffed and do great work. Ill be sending them some other amps when i get spare cash to.
