Need Help With My Cars Security

Ok, I went to bestbuy to get a 350HV instaled yesterday and they got it all in. but they called me when i was at work and said the brain of the system was not sending voltage for the sieren and they didn't have anymore in stock, so they riped it all out and gave me back my car. well. they orderd a new one and resceualedme. here is my problem. i have no free days till pry Christmas and they will be busyer than hell and i don't want to wait. my dad is pissed i spent the money for one anyway and told me to go get my money back cause its a waist of money and i should never of put any audio shit in there.

so. i have to go and get my money back and cancle everything. i have to park my car on the street, can't put it in the garage, and he don't think parking next to his tahoe in the driveway will help it not get broke into. i livenext to a cop that has his car outside and i have 2 more statetroupers down the street and one statetrooper one street over. I know i need to be smart with what i put on my car and where i drive it and how i drive with music.

are there any small things i can do to prevent it to not be borken into?

and putting in a security system is out of the question now

tint it dark, dont brag about it, dont post pictures of it tied to your real name, addy, etc (probably already screwed that one up, everyone here has), bolt stuff down, attack dog. alarms dont do much unless you hear it, but i gurantee any smart crook is breaking your window, popping your hood release, and cutting the siren before opening the door.

which is why you get the glass break sensor, so you get those sweet 3 seconds of alarm before they cut it

its all futile honestly, there is a lot you can do, but nothing is going to work if someone is really out to get it, and even if it does work, theres nothing saying they wont destroy your car in the process of trying.

that being said, my friend got IR motion sensors/beam thingys he rigged in his driveway to a loud ass buzzer in his room, so if someone came down his driveway or near his truck the buzzer went off, may be something to consider

well, idk. sho. i can't tint my windows cause my dad will get pissed( he hates people that have bass) and ya. he hopes my stuff gets broke into cause he says he can feel me comming. but i turn off my bass way before i'm close to the house. its our neighbor who thinks he is the shit....but ya. i will bolt my box to my car with a way i know how to....... i have screws with bolt heads holding in my subs and amps..... i don't brag around school but still word gets out that my stuff is the shit. and ya. idk

Even if you don't have a glass breakage sensor the motion sensor will pick up on the window being shattered. Depending on the alarm it might just chirp, but most alarms will go off if provoked like that.
