got some good equipment there, so whats the plan so far?

Its going in a 97 Maxima. I'm going to put the 8's in the stock speaker locations and the Nightshades will be behind the rear seat firing forward in a ported box thats about 5 1/2 cuft. 2 6" aeroports tuned to 25hz. There is a small chance I can get the ports to fire forward as well, but if not they will come up into the rear deck. The trunk will be sealed off from the cabin. Seas Neo Tweeters and Tang Band Underhung 6.5" mids for front stage and rear fill. For the front stage, I'm going to give Fiberglass a try and make some kickpods for the Tweets and mids, the rear fill will go in the rear deck with the 8's. I'm not to worried about the rear speaker placement, it is there mostly for rear channel from DVD's. The fader will keep it from messing with my front stage.

One 100.4 will power the Sundown E8's as midbass. The other 2 100.4's will be setup active for the tweets and mids. I'm saving up for a SAZ-3000D to run the Nightshades. Once everything is built I'll look at Headunits, but right now I'm leaning towards the Kenwood DDX812. I'm going to setup either headrest LCD's or a flipdown for the rear seat so the kids can watch DVD's in the car.

Electrical... Big 3 will be done with 1/0 guage cable. A Mechman 250a alternator will replace the stock alt. Stock battery will be replaced by Kinetic HC1800 (fits perfectly) and at least 2 HC2400s in the trunk with at least 2 runs of 1/0 gauge power cable.

At least that is what I have in my head at this time and is always subject to change B)

Some really nice stuff you got there. You'll be pleased with those NightShades.

I have not heard them in person, but from reading many posts on them, even though they get real loud, everyone says they sound great too. I'm not into competing, but I like to listen to my music loud but it has to sound good so they seemed like they would fit the bill really good. When Jacob used the term "Sick Lowend", that sold them for me. When he put these up for sale, I jumped on them as soon as I saw his post. I'll make a build log when I start fabricating, my guess is after xmas.

I'm got to thank everyone in the forums, I think I've got a pretty start on my system and its all due to the advice I get here.

No I haven't heard them. I was thinking of the fabric ones Seas Prestige 27TFFNC/G. Last metal tweets had was many years ago, I had the JBL Titanium Dome tweets. They sounded good, but really had to tweak the EQ to get them to sound good so I was thinking to use soft domes this time.
