Does Moving A Port Matter?

I have calculated a port, to one side with two woofers, so if i move it to the center and keep the same port length and width (one port) would it change the airspace or tune? because if i think pushing air with one vent is better than two

tuning doesnt change just some cars like ports in one place while others like it in another place
