zfrerichs Posted January 2, 2009 Author Report Posted January 2, 2009 i got some done on the doors i used the template on the door traced it then cut it out with a jigsaw then sandwhiched two pieces of mdf (one cut for both doors) then tada two pieces i put it behind the door just for shits and giggles i got and idea on how to attach the mdf i was thinking i could glass it in after i cut some circles in it for the back of the speakers to poke threw. but what do you guys think? zfrerichs Posted January 4, 2009 Author Report Posted January 4, 2009 got some donr today doulbed up the top i got the port all figured out and sealed um up some more cardboard was used lol taped down traced it from the bottom then flipped it over makes a perfect template cut out and mocked up im trying to get this box done so i can start on other stuff tomorrow pick up a couple sheets of mdf baffle ... maybe Roseville, CA

Just make sure she is strong, with that kinda power to those btls she gonna wanna flex some Cant wait to see more pics. zfrerichs Posted January 4, 2009 Author Report Posted January 4, 2009 i got five layers of the knytex and 2 layers of mat. but today i got out the hammer and started banging the shit out of it, it still flexs on the bottom so im propaly going to add 2 more layers of mat and brace the shit out of it with 2x4s. then see where shes at if its still flexing ,ill go and grab some more knytex im more than likely going to go triple 3/4 on the front baffle and glass that in on the inside with knytex but i cant wait to test this Roseville, CA
