The sub is designed to run both coils, not just one. besides, running 2 would be much better performance and durability. If you have 2 T4-15's with Dual 1 ohm coils you can wire them in series-parallel to get exactly 1 ohm... If you can't work that out, you shouldn't even be considering BLs and 2200w amps. This is why you shouldn't get a 2200w amp yet. If you wire both coils on each sub in series you get 2 ohms per sub. You wire those 2 subs in parallel and you get a 1 ohm final load.
