A ring painted the color of the car and some interior color painted perforated metal like the boxes port. The ring has 2 parts, one to lock into the opening in the panel and the painted pretty part here we go.... All the screw ups and my modivation , in the special Camo can outter ring and the old grill this is the inner ring you can't see when installed. the door panel has some shape to it. so the outter ring is 1/8" MDF so i have the insert ring in there first, then glue, then the 1/8" cover ring all clamped. i am hoping that the shape put into the 1/8" ring being glued to the inner ring will make it hold it's shape. So i needed to add some t-nuts so i can attach them fron the back and suck them down. I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
