nathan89
I have a Rockford T4000-1bd in a 2007 Tahoe and was wondering which set of subs would give me more SPL? They will be used daily on music, and be fully loaded. So what do you guys think? Should I get 2 Fully Loaded 18'' BL's OR 2 Fully Loaded 18'' BTL's? nathan89
Should I still get the BTL's fully loaded? Or maybe just the cooling option? I would think that about 2200 rms on a fully loaded BTL might only tickle it? Or is this enought to get them moving pretty good?
AI James
fully load it, the options arent going t to make it where 2200rms isnt enough 2200 is plenty for one. less power just accordingly adjust box specs people fail to realize they ARE 2k rms
OldsBoomer
Fully loaded BTL my buddy Nofear has one 18" on an AQ2200 and it moves with an ok box he hit a 145+ so you'll be just fine with power once you get them pics Quote Suburban Coming Soon
redbaron80
BTL > BL on 2,000 watts. BTL's will destroy the BL's, They ARE designed to be AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE ON MUSIC. Get BTL's. End of Story, I promise you will not regret it. Best woofer I ever had Quote Official Scores at the Dash. and YES. Go with the BTL's and you'll be happy Quote My System: Pioneer AVH-P3200BT 4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors) 8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash) 1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs) 2-18" BTL's (for now) Crescendo 3kwp (for sale) Complete rebuild coming soon... redbaron80
maybe 4 18" BL's? I would keep my Two BTL 18's vs. Four BL 18's, good luck with whatever choice you make. 5,040 watts :hairtrick: Quote Official Scores at the Dash. and YES.
