Just to let you know from my personal experience I blew my 4kw from running it in .5 ohms at a soundoff comp. for 3 30 second runs and I too have the electrical system to back it up but it wasn't enough 20 seconds into the 3rd run I blew but in the end I did hit 153.2 and won.. So good luck... By the way the amp never went into protect just blew..
