Nightshade Posted January 14, 2009 Report Posted January 14, 2009 Hey guys I'm putting my pair of custom Nightshade 12's up for sale. I'm getting rid of them to do some Nightshade 15's instead. The subs are dual 1 ohm coils and have several upgrades over the stock Nightshades. My subs have a cooling option with them, a longer coil than the stock ones, and a different spider arrangement (2 medium, 2 stiff spiders). These subs retail for $629 a piece for the stock version and upgraded you could expect to pay $60-70 more. I'm not going to ask anywhere near that for this beastly pair of 12's. I've managed a best score on the dash sealed of a 149.7 with 2 saz1500d's powering the subs. I've also been able to do a 151.8 in the kick and a best of 147.3 in bassrace. This is all with a pair of 12's tuned to 40hz for daily driving!!! Now what's so special about the subs is that they were reconed only 3 weeks ago with nice fresh parts. I have some references here on the forum and they are Sundownz, Team Nemesis DJ, Airborne, and E-train. I also have a perfect feedback score on ebay. I'm only accepting paypal on these subs, but will email tracking as soon as they ship out. I work at UPS so shipping is free!!! I'm asking for $800 shipped with paypal fees included on these. It may be hard to find a better deal on such a nice set of subs out there. Don't forget these are freshly reconed with little playtime on them and have upgrades that the stock Nightshades don't have. At this price I wouldn't expect them to last all that long though.
