I thought you where talking about impedence rise or something. I know the sundown will get hot but I doubt it will really ever see .67 you know?

hawkins6423 Posted January 15, 2009 Author Report Posted January 15, 2009 thanks man hah I bought one unit of MDF (40 sheets) thats why i didn't use birch, and i believe birch is stronger so i would have to adjust settings on the CNC router etc....

hawkins6423 Posted January 15, 2009 Author Report Posted January 15, 2009 I'm coating in in high pressure polyurethane. Its like bed liner, its about 1/8 inch thick and once it cures, its like steel. Its exactly what probox does to their boxes. Luckily, it's at the shop and I have access to a fork lift. The damn box with the batteries and all is going to weigh in around 400 pounds. I've never heard a system with the 3000d and 3 15's before in a correct box... the most i've heard is my single 12" Fi BTL on a 1500d sundown.. am i in for a good suprise lol? I hope so. Tonight i'm sanding and bondoing everything.
