Slinky
i dont know what meade is hitting but if you are giving 3400rms to each sub and you play music below 43 hz, those subs are gonna prolly bottom out and it wouldnt be pretty. andym85
idk...i think steve had like around 4000watts to each mt when they were in the tahoe. i think the civic metered around a mid 150 if i remember correctly. but for comps i would tune higher than 43...and maybe mid to high 30's for daily...with that much power you should be able to pick the lows up Quote i likes me some audio stuff... Slinky
he shouldnt play the lows though if he tunes it in the high 40's. andym85
no..i was saying if he is tuned to the mid to high 30s he could probably pick up the low notes for daily cause of all that wattage... Slinky
im not sure about those particular subs, but my wall is tuned to 42 hz and it still gets the lows extremely well. its just, your gonna see a lot of excursion when playin a 30 hz tone. If worst comes to worst you can always get a subsonic filter and set it to cut out all the Looooooooow stuff that would be damaging to your subs with that tuning.
