Sable Nave
I decided to remove my rear view, as I was getting damn tired of adjusting it when listening to music. I have a question about it though, could I get a ticket in IL for not having it? I've looked allover, and I cannot find anything about it. I know in Ky you can remove the rear view mirror as long as you have both side view mirrors.
DHFHades
I don't know the laws there, but in WA as long as you have 2 mirrors you're good, so if you have one on both doors you should be fine Quote 1990 Jeep Cherokee 4X4 Pioneer DEH-P2900MP, Big 3 done in 1/0, 1 run 1/0 ran to amp DAT HF1000.1 #007 powering a DC lvl4 15 DAT HR 4085 prototype powering 2 Selenium 6s and 2 no name tweeters running active 1st place in AS3 @ Surf City Sound Off, 140.8 @ 45hz @ the headrest. rebuild coming soon to get a better score "I regard the brain as a computer which will stop working when its components fail. Sable Nave
Okay, thats pretty much what I thought. It is handy to not have to deal with the damn thing... Plus, it seems like its louder... Might just be me though. rusty959
If you were too worried about it and it was on the front window, you could just leave the set screw loose and the little thing it hooks to on the glass, and if you ever get pulled over etc slide it on real quick. Neo_frog
Nah you're good with IL. I'm out there all the time and I haven't had rear views for years. Both side mirrors must be intact though. That's the only law. Quote Need an install? Hit me up.[email protected]Got car audio questions?
