AlpineGuy87
I said this in another thread, but ohm load makes no difference to the sub. The only effect it has is on the amp. Yea i know you said it earlier.. but if a $150 amp is... 1000 @ 1ohm 550 @ 2ohm 350 @ 4ohm (JUST FOR SAMPLE) wouldn't you want to power it at 1ohm... powering it like 350 at 4ohm would be less than 1000 at 1ohm.. lol.. just saying, those subs are 1ohm dual.. so thats the reason i mentioned 1000 @ 1ohm.. i'll stop saying ohm loads... lol.. gett'n cracked every time.. lol.. sean 371
haha im just sayin man. wiring subs at 1 ohm wont make it sound better if one amp gives it 1000 at 1 ohm and another gives it 1000 at 4 ohms (and the subs are wired at 4 ohms) A couple links to some box builds: Tahoe Box 1, Tahoe Box 2, Nissan Titan, VW GTI, Mini-Bump, Hummer H2, Ford F-150 My own car builds (current setup --- under construction): Overall Thread, Kickpods, Dash, Back Doors Subwoofer Wall
