Best way to distrubute from2/0 or larger?

I havent found any places that have a distro block that has an input of 2/0 or larger.  The question is where to get one? What about if I make a buss bar, what kind of metal should I use, would metal bars I have extra of and some nuts, headless bolts, and washers work? Or does it have to be super super clean brand new metal to work?  Didn't steve have a busbar in his tahoe to distribute the power?
