BassAddict32 Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 well i'm gonna get 4 highs for a truck. what kinda highs can you suggest? i don't want like $300 for 1 or something stupid like that. i just want a good tweeter. i'll only be using the h/u for power so no amp. and i want them about 4" if possible. less is okay too. 1994 Ford F150 reg cab 2 HFX 12's Audiopipe APSM-1300

evolution.vc Posted March 2, 2009 Report Posted March 2, 2009 Focal are gonna cost and arm and leg jus for a tweeter, and wont sound good off head unit. If you want somethin four inches and will sound great off your head unit as well as not pricey then go with EFX Audio.

Just my .2 cents yea. i should have my system started by then end. but i'm putting the tweeters in my moms minivan. i figure, i'll get just get a few small things for it since she likes loud music too. i guess i could always find a cheap amp to power them but i didn't think about that. i just thought i'd power em off the h/u since it's loud already. and i never looked into a cdt upstage kit. i'll have to check into it. they have good reviews though. 1994 Ford F150 reg cab 2 HFX 12's Audiopipe APSM-1300
