So since i got my system in my car my Co-Woker at PizzaHut, Michael decides to say "Hey ima get a system thats gonna be WAYY better than yours." I was like "ummm ok.. Im useing a shitty 1000 watt amp and getting less than 200 watts on each speaker.." He was like yea im getting 2x Kicker Cvr's(or Cvx's) and thier going to kick your systems ass.. along with my 1600 Watt PowerBass amp!. I loled when i heard this part and i was like powerbass? OH yea his vehicle is a 2006 Ford Mustang... and mine is a 2003 Jeep Liberty AND hes going with a CUSTOM ported box that he said his friend is going to make.. I just hope they know where to cut the hole and the dimensions for it Oh yea lol he said hes going to use 8 Gauge wire.. LOL.. ok dawg w/e you do what your going to do since you "Know" what your doing.. He plans on getting this stuff next month. But i will have my hifonics amp by then so i wish him the best luck. McLovin Posted February 28, 2009 Report Share Posted February 28, 2009 You might want to rethink ur bet. the sub you have is a SVC @ 4ohm, he is going with the kicker which can be DVC @ 2ohm or 4ohm. His subs are versatle on their ohm configuration. Plus his subs can handle twice the load as urs. Plus Powerbass amps can get down, there are a few on here that run them and love them.
