BAGGEDBIRDS.com
I have a Wrangler 160 amp alt in the bird (8 years now) and I have never had a fuse between it and the battery. I had read somewhere a long time ago not to. What do you guys have/do? BAGGEDBIRDS.com
how big is your alt. I know any fuse will blow with a dead short. I should proabably look into putting one in. Does it have to be a fuse or can it be a circiut breaker. If it shorts i am not sure how long it will take to burn the 1/0 in half Quote 1st SMD "System of the Month" Feb. 2007 Zapco Studio 500 (2) Zapco Studio 300X Zapco Studio 204 (2) (2) FI 12ssd's w/ copper coils DLS Iridium Tweeters DLS UR2.5 MidRange FI. Guest MegaloManiac
i have a 200A Iraggi. You can use a circiuit breaker;i woulda bought one myself but the ANL was cheaper.
