How hard is getting the dash out?? Every car is different. Some are hard and some are easy. Mine is very easy to tear it all out. Why would you need to take the dash out to do carpet? Just tear the old stuff out and put the new stuff in. Or if you're a pioneer, you can sew/glue fabric to the old carpet and put it in for a custom look. Quote Need an install? BrownRice Posted March 15, 2009 Report Posted March 15, 2009 taking the dash out isnt hard. im guessing ur car is a 92-95 del sol. i have a 90 civic and ive taken the dash out like 5 times, super simple,, i also got a 03 civic and its not hard either, so urs fits in the middle and it wont be hard.
