Say I add two Visa Gift Debit Cards to my Paypal account and add those to my Paypal balance... or does it not work that way?? Say I add two Visa Gift Debit Cards to my Paypal account and add those to my Paypal balance... or does it not work that way?? from what i know, as iv sold over 20000, items in my day as a power seller... no in order to have a paypal, you must have a active chacking account with a bank, once you start a paypal account you provide your checking info, and then within a few days paypal will add two different disposits to your checking account, you must call the back and see the 2 different amount, then you must enter it in on paypal.com to confirm that that account info is 100% legit, and then it can be used.. call paypal in the morning, check there website,.. and ask they have changed so much from the days i was a power seller on ebay, never know..
