Unless you have an in depth knowledge of both subs being compared, you can't really say one company is copying from another company. Alot of people see the common 12 spoke basket, double and triple stacked magnets, and immediately assume they're the exact same sub with different dust caps. When in reality, the LOOK similar, but thats where the similarities stop.
