MTX J30
im planning on doing it myself when i get it. im going to do my whole brake light on my buick. its really long red piece of plastic even though the whole thing isnt a brake light(sort of like the cop car impalas long black thing on the back, except mine is red like the rest of the brake light). how many cans do you think i need. 1 or 2. and whats the cheapest place i can get them...the site i found has them for $11.75 each. should i do my headlights or will it drown the light out to much at night.( i could put my highs on at night) Quote Once or twice I have missed having a back seat / rear hatch, but all in all people love to see a walled vehcile. It just screams "i'm not fucking around with my setup, im loud"
raytard
usually 1 can is good for 2 normal taillights, or 1 if you want it really dark i'd guess about 3-5 cans depending on how dark you want to go, do multiple thinner layers and keep going till you're satisfied and dont do the headlights, it cuts the light down sooooo much, even with hid's or highs you wont see diddly, and will def get a ticket. Torres
i wouldnt do headlights either. unless it's just a tiny tiny bit. if you use your brights for regular driving, you'll be shit outta luck for when you really do need them
b_smiff
DO NOT do the headlights man.. a guy in my car club did his head lights and cant see shittt.. as far as the tail lights, keep it in real light coats or it'll run. I did like 5 coats on my tail lights and it turned out prtty good. good luck. neuspeedescort
night shades sucks! give it 6 months and its fadded to crap or looks filmy. go to your local paint shop and have them mix up some black in some clear and spray them. won't fade and is waxable if you wnat it to be glossier. as for headlights buy the bulbs that you want and call it a day.
