Decaf Posted September 9, 2009 Report Share Posted September 9, 2009 do some resin or another pvc quarter along the bottom back of the box... so the air exiting/entering the port isnt shoved against a 90 degree angle right away brace the pvc ports maybe with something small... it is a lvl5 u know, destruction is the name of the game what kind of bracing are u doing for the box panels? looking good, has potential Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Moore941 Posted September 9, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 9, 2009 I didnt think about that, thx for the idea , I just make it like i did my last corners and tilt the box with the resin in the corner and let it dry, should make for a decent corner. and for bracing im gonna go some dowel rods, top to bottom, front to back, on each side right above the port and then also 2-3 layers of resin and mat in the corners. Ill get some pics up when i get the box finished and my truck cleaned out. Im really hoping to have this thing done by SBN so i can go and do some demo's but i dont like the box i have now i feel its to big and cone control is gonna be a big issue i have a feeling.
