I have yet to put the finishing touches on it, I plan on finishing it all in the morning, before I have to go to bed. (gotta work the next two nights. SUCK!!) Between my moms husband, and myself, I think it turned out good. Let me know what you guys think. All the pieces cut out. v This thing is old, but thank God I could use it! v Had to wear the proper gear for the build! LOL v The ports in. v Test fit, nothing hooked up, gotta get the new amp, and re-run some wire. v That's all I got, like I say, hope to finish the rest tomorrow. brewer_brewer Posted April 6, 2009 Report Share Posted April 6, 2009 what do you plan to cover the box with? looks good. i built a box with pvc once but i flared the ends. just take a metal bowl and a blow torch. heat up the pvc and then push the bowl into it while you're doing it. it will give you better airflow into the ports. As far as covering the box, I'll do a liner/under coat of some sort, then again, I might decide to glass it, and have my buddy shoot the whole thing to color match the Tahoe....IDK!?! ( He has my paint, I have some bad spots by the roof rack, and he is doing the back corners, and my mirrors.)
